The Inside Sales Representative will sell corporate products to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the telephone; building, developing and maintaining customer relationships while following our company Mission, Vision and Core Values.

·       Handles inbound sales calls to service customers as appropriate.

·       Overcomes technical and business objections to prospective customer orders.

·       Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and prepares sales orders for customer purchase orders obtained.

·       Tracks stock levels.

·       Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.

·       Coordinates customer requests.

·       Builds and maintains customer relationships.

·       Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

·        Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

·       Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.

·        Initiates outbound communications to existing customers by telephone, fax, and e-mail to offer products and services.

·       Prepares reports of business transactions.

·        Learns and follows the environmental management system as defined and require.

·       Responsible to suggest improvements to the environmental management system when and where appropriate.

·       Completes other duties as required.













  • AA Degree OR 3-5 years of strong sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in sales and/or manufacturing and/or waterworks industry.
  • Current high-level competency of Microsoft AX or ability to obtain desired level within 3 months of hire.
  • Knowledge of Micro Soft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
  • Committed to being Well Organized & Excellence Focused.
  • Service Oriented.
