We are looking for a creative and qualitative thinker who will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. The ideal Product Marketing Manager at Synapse will understand the technical capabilities of our products, the market problems that these solutions solve, and will have a keen understanding of our customers. Using this knowledge, you will create and deliver a compelling story to the target market through our selected sales channels. The Marketing Manager must be comfortable working alongside others in a product team as well as working with customers and our sales-channel partners to create a go-to-market plan for new and existing Synapse software and hardware solutions.
The Product Marketing Manager will be expected to identify pervasive market problems and contribute to the development of user and buyer persona's. You will have the responsibility for product collateral that includes how our products or services solves the target customer's problems.
In this role, you will be given the opportunity to develop compelling messaging that differentiates our products in the market and translate these messages into marketing assets across multiple media platforms, including printed and electronic formats.
Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will support development and delivery of sales training content and materials, such as sales presentations, data sheets, and solution briefs for readiness in preparation for launch and will communicate updates to key launch initiatives across the organization.
