Lead the Waterman team to a safe and healthly environment. Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing work environments and implement programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal occupational health and safety regulations as well as McWane health and safety policies and procedures.

Wage Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year

A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Occupational Safety or in a related field and/or have significant safety experience. Eligible for the position if candidate holds a CSP or CIH. Experience with OSHA’s Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is a strong plus.
