  • Overview

    Receives and solicits orders by phone and provides attention to customer orders such as editing, processing and scheduling orders for shipment.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include corresponding with customers via phone, email, fax, answering questions and processing orders. Must have the ability to do multi-task work in a fast pace environment and have prior customer service experience. Experience in the commercial plumbing industry is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter and team player with outstanding computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word or similar software.

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications :

    • 2-years of post-High School education in the area of business or marketing or a two-year degree in marketing
    • A minimum of three years working experience in a Customer Service environment would be the equivalent to education requirement
    • An advanced level of knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
    • The ability to work independently as a self-starter is critical.
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX  is a plus.
