  • Overview

    Clow Valve Company has an immediate opening in our Machine Shop for a Fuse Coat Painter. The candidate will be for responsible for painting of small valves, larges valves, or hydrants, as well as other duties as assigned. 

    Starting rate of pay: $18.93/hr
    Shift: 2nd

    This position is responsible for painting of small valves, larges valves, or hydrants.

    •Retrieve unpainted parts from tub, bin or pallet.

    •Loading parts onto chain conveyor.

    •Blowing shavings/debris from unpainted parts.

    •Retrieving hooks to hang unpainted parts.

    •Painting with handheld paint sprayer.

    •Checking temperature of parts.

    •Unloading finished parts from conveyor line.

    •Place finished parts on or in pallets tubs or bins.

    •Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

    •Contributes to team effort by accomplishing production requirements as needed.

    •Lifting/carrying of less than 25-40 pounds.

    •Manufacturing Experience is considered

    •Ability to wear PPE including but not limited to earplugs, safety glasses, metatarsal & guarded boots.
