Liaison between customers and company. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries. Main responsibilities will be to handle a high volume of phone calls and/or emails to resolve customer problems, check order status, assist drivers with directions, along with other miscellaneous inquiries, processing customer purchase order/returns, scheduling outbound loads, order confirmations, and preparing paperwork for billing purposes. You will work closely with our Shipping Department to maintain accurate inventory levels. A mandatory inventory will take place annually.
Two or more years of Customer Service experience
Accurate data entry
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Inventory experience a plus
Must work well independently as well as with others
