Purpose:
The Territory Sales Manager initiates calculated, proactive and innovative sales strategies that build, cause the demand for and position Clow Valve as the number one choice to do business with in the water works industry. This role confidently gains new business through breaking down specifications to generate relationships that Clow Valve has never had before.
Key Performance Indicators:
Showcase Products – Build and cause demand through leading at least 5 live demos, presentations or CEU classes per month to illustrate and educate about products.
Relationship Building – Maintain and establish relationships by leading 6-12 (depending on territory) face-to-face meetings or on-site distributor visits per month.
Expand Scope – Grow territory base by 1.5% per year

An Industrial Maintenance Millwright coordinates, participates, assists, constructs, fabricates, installs, repairs and maintains production and operational equipment that includes machines with hydraulic and pneumatic controls as required for the efficient operation and process of producing cast iron pipe and fittings.
An Industrial Maintenance Electrician performs a large variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, and utilization of electrical energy. They coordinate, participate, assist, construct, fabricate, install, repair and maintain generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems and electronic controls as required for plant operations.
We are hiring Millwright & Electrician Interns for our 2024 Summer Maintenance Internship Program. These are training positions to develop maintenance/electrical technicians. Interns will assist our own Millwrights or Electricians in performing a large variety of mechanical and electrical functions including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This role is a subject matter expert in safety programs and processes, supports in maintaining the Amerex Health & Safety program by auditing, implementing, and conducting training on site-level policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements as established by governing bodies (OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, etc.), as well as the Amerex Corporation and McWane Inc. standards. Additional duties include but are not limited to working closely with internal business partners to find effective and efficient solutions to health and safety issues, participating in injury and incident investigations, ISO/VPP auditing, and maintaining necessary documents pertaining to the health and safety program.
The Amerex Defense Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and generating growth of fire protection and suppression systems within all levels of the US military and government. The position requires the management of key independent defense and government distributors. Additionally, responsibilities include developing successful end-user influence strategies at the military branch level as well developing and cementing relationships with vehicle OEM’s who are awarded contracts to install fire suppression and explosion suppression systems.
The Health and Safety Manager is responsible for managing and directing the implementation of Safety Programs, including DOT compliance, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation program administration, and employee safety training.
