Ensure the optimum performance, operation and availability of the McWane Dynamics AX systems. Builds out AX environments after VM’s are created by the IT Network and infrastructure team.

Responsible for maintenance of Production (Live) and test related AX servers.
Deploys approved builds provided from Development through the change management process to the Production (Live) and test environments
Works with add-on vendors to install, configure, and maintain add-ons or external programs utilized by AX
Coordinate maintenance of business application servers and related database activities
Interface with internal clients to answer questions, respond to requests and provide technical assistance as needed
Deploys, monitors, analyzes and manages application interfaces using AIF
Collaborates with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics AX issues
Creates maintains and deletes user accounts, maintains user profiles in Dynamics AX
Provides guidance for system changes and enhancements
Develop, maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices and lead other process improvement initiatives
Management and review of security logs and table permissions framework (TPF)
Proficiency in x++, Microsoft Office applications. Ability to translate business & functional requirements into practical technical solutions, able to problem solve and a desire to learn, able to respond to complicated inquiries and effectively present information based on the audience, able to work in a team environment or independently, customer service focused
Bachelor's degree preferred MIS, Computer Science, or related technical field.
3+ years technical experience with Dynamics AX 2012 or earlier.
The employee is usually in an office environment or on a division site, with travel up to 20%. Must be willing to work weekends – builds are the 3rd Saturday of every month
