Purpose:
The Territory Sales Manager initiates calculated, proactive and innovative sales strategies that build, cause the demand for and position Clow Valve as the number one choice to do business with in the water works industry. This role confidently gains new business through breaking down specifications to generate relationships that Clow Valve has never had before.
Key Performance Indicators:
Showcase Products – Build and cause demand through leading at least 5 live demos, presentations or CEU classes per month to illustrate and educate about products.
Relationship Building – Maintain and establish relationships by leading 6-12 (depending on territory) face-to-face meetings or on-site distributor visits per month.
Expand Scope – Grow territory base by 1.5% per year
This is a temporary position that supports the Human Resources, Environmental & Health/Safety in the Machine Shop offices at Clow Valve.

The training application specialist will be responsible for Amerex product training as directed by the Training Manager and vehicle suppression system field training for the transit industry. Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, the role of the Health & Safety Engineer is vital to the success of the organization, achieving company goals and driving initiatives that result in best-in-class health and safety performance (ISO 45001 & VPP facility). The Amerex Defense Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and generating growth of fire protection and suppression systems within all levels of the US military and government. The Repair Coordinator is responsible for proactively scheduling and directing the repair dept to ensure the intelligent allocation of resources and timely delivery of quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
