Grow Waterman’s AG market share by managing, maintaining and expanding existing distributor base while providing quality customer service in support of the sales and profitability goals for the assigned region. Specifically be a working manager with a defined territory and manage two-three other regional managers. Provide support for the VP of Sales & Marketing in monitoring and growing the AG market.
Works with inside team leader to drive growth and support the distributor network for the Waterman AG business.
Oversees two or three regionally based sales personnel, while effectively managing and working a small territory themselves. Manages team conflict and works effectively to add continuous improvement to all aspects of the channel management and customer management processes. Measures, tracks and reports quote and sales activity. Introduces new products, trains distirbuors on product and applications of Waterman’s products.
