Position Overview
The Group Director, Human Resources strategically promotes the McWane culture initiatives throughout all McWane facilities. Provides expertise, guidance, and support driving the Corporate HR goals, competency, integrity and approachability, inclusion, and all aspects of talent management. Overall objective to an engaged and sustainable team.
Group Director, HR will be influential in communication and building rapport with HR teams and leaders at the McWane facilities. They will also provide expertise and counsel to assigned McWane facilities on:
