These duties include operating, monitoring, controlling, maintaining, cleaning machinery used in the process of producing cast iron pipe and fittings. 

An Industrial Maintenance Millwright coordinates, participates, assists, constructs, fabricates, installs, repairs and maintains production and operational equipment that includes machines with hydraulic and pneumatic controls as required for the efficient operation and process of producing cast iron pipe and fittings.

The Foundry Production Supervisor – Disa Millroom will work under the general direction of the Fitting Production Manager and will supervise hourly team members engaged in the finishing of various sizes of cast iron fittings produced by the Disa Molding Department. Based on the founding principles of McWane in 1920, it is expected that all team members will know and exhibit the eight principles of The McWane Way: Safety, Environment, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, and Communication as well as the values and behaviors supporting these principles.
